Established in 2025 by Kevin Cross after more than two decades of operating and managing high-end vibration test laboratories. Over the years, Kevin saw the same challenge repeatedly—companies and government programs investing in large, complex vibration test systems, only to struggle with installation, configuration, and long-term operation due to limited in-house experience and gaps in support from outside design firms. KC Service & Consulting was created to bridge that gap, providing the technical expertise, practical guidance, and hands-on support needed to successfully bring advanced electro-dynamic shaker systems online and keep them running at peak performance.

With two decades of hands-on experience in structural dynamics, vibration testing, and large-scale equipment integration, Kevin Cross brings deep technical expertise to mission-critical environments. His career includes leading high-hazard test operations, managing multi-million-dollar system installations, and advancing cutting-edge MIMO and 6-DoF vibration test methods for some of the most demanding applications in government and industry. From developing complex test plans for hazardous facilities to overseeing major equipment upgrades and performance-critical maintenance, Kevin’s background blends engineering precision with real-world operational leadership. That experience—spanning structural dynamics research, modal and environmental testing, mass properties measurement, and large-system project management—forms the foundation of KC Service & Consulting: a partner focused on safety, reliability, and technical excellence in every project.
